If you are only requesting a free item, this may take 4-8 weeks. It all depends on how many orders we need to fulfill. We may surprise you and get it to you sooner but we get alot of requests so it takes a little bit. We will get to you though, no need to worry! If you are ordering other items and not just a free item, these orders take priority and are shipped right away.

Yes this is an expensive endeavor to send out thousands of free items. However our goal is to make money with this offer. For every 10 people that request a free item, maybe 1 will purchase one of our other items. So yes we will try to sell you stuff, but you are under no obligation to buy. If you want to just request a free item and forget all about us, that is up to you (We hope you don't forget about us though). We may send you emails.
